This scholarship provided for students who are participating in the Clinical Medical Assistant Healthcare Program training offering in Anahuac for High School seniors and the general community. The program is a year-long training and scholarships are being provided by the United Way of Greater Baytown Area and Chambers County.

  5. Background checks and drug screens must be completed and passed in order for the scholarship to be approved. Information will be verified by Christina Bergvall and sent to the scholarship office.
  6. This form is to acknowledge that I am aware of the immunizations and CPR requirements for the program completion. Although Lee College is working wiht the community partners to provide immunizations and CPR certification at little to no cost, it is not guaranteed. Students will need to be able to complete the immunization and CPR requirements and providing proof is the responsibility of the student. A list of the requirements is available at the Lee College Workforce and Community Development registration office or by calling 281-425-6311.
