Rotary Club of Baytown - Sandra Bell Transfer

Sandra was a lifelong Baytown resident who made exceptional contributions to her community through volunteer work
and leadership. She earned notable recognition, including ExxonMobil’s Refiner of the Year (2016) and two nominations
for The Baytown Sun’s Citizen of the Year.
Her community involvement was extensive:
Active Rotary Club member since 2006, serving as a board member and coordinating the Partners in Education program
with De Zavala Elementary
Volunteer with Breakthrough TlD Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and fund-raising co-chair for the American
Diabetes Association
St. Mark’s Methodist Church member
