Betty BJ Dunlap Cosmetology

We are honored to announce a new scholarship in memory of Betty Jo “BJ” Dunlap, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend from Baytown, Texas. BJ, who passed away unexpectedly on February 5, 2022, was known for her sassy, feisty personality and unwavering love for her family. She was a talented beautician who ran her salon for many years and was always ready with a kind word, advice, or a funny story. BJ had a big heart, a distinctive laugh, and a deep love for her husband, sons, and grandchildren. She will be remembered for her compassion, infectious smile, and constant reminder to “I love you.” This scholarship will honor her legacy by supporting those who, like BJ, bring joy and love to others through their work and life.
