Carl & Myrt Rogers

This scholarship was started by Weston and Delene Cotten and their family in memory of Delene’s parents. Carl, a World War II veteran, and Myrt, a stay-at-home mother, raised five children in Baytown. There was always music and art in their home. This scholarship is designated for a fine or performing arts student to perpetuate their legacy.
