General scholarship given in memory of Betty Hall by her sons, Mark and Paul Hall and should be a Baytown Christian Academy graduate and going into Honors program at Lee College. Second choice, just graduate of BCA. Third choice, graduate of a private school. Student must be enrolled in one or more honors courses and/or students who have signed an honors contract
