Priscilla Massengale Memorial (GCCISD)

Scholarship given by Gene Harmon and the Baytown Youth Fair Committee in honor of Ms. Massengale’s contribution as a worker/supporter of the Baytown Youth Fair to a student majoring in the technical/industrical/process craft field and must be a graduate of Goose Creek CISD, based on merit and need.
