Dr. Chris & Pam Warford

Dr. Chris and Pam, both native Baytonians, have been deeply involved in their community. Chris, who followed in his optometrist father’s footsteps, earned his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston in 1980 and joined his father’s Texas State Optical (TSO) practice. After his father’s passing in 2020, Chris became the owner of Baytown TSO. Chris went on to open a second practice in Mont Belvieu in 2019. Although he sold his practice in 2023, he continues serving his patients. Chris has been active with the Baytown Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, and Rotary Club. Pam, a 1979 Baylor University graduate, worked for Exxon before retiring to focus on community service. She later joined Lee College, working in various roles, including Executive Director of the Lee College Foundation, until her retirement in 2020. The couple, passionate about education, created several family-named scholarships and is actively involved in Memorial Baptist Church. They have four grandchildren.
