James Neal Allen
Given by Joe and Kitty Allen in memory of their son. If possible, the scholarship should be given to one Robert E. Lee student and one Ross Sterling student seeking careers in the social sciences field. Preference should be given to a student who has been involved in community service. Non-Foundation scholarship.
